Where does 'The' use? Give some example.

(1) We use 'The' when we are speaking about a particular person or thing.

Ex:- The Sun temple is in Konarka.

        The sun rises in the east. 

 

(2) 'The' is used before the name of mountains.

(3) 'The' is used before the name of rivers.
Ex:- The Ganga            The Yamuns
